Artist Interviewed: Kyle Lemanski
Artist Type: Folk Artist
Location: Kennesaw, Georgia
About the Artist:
Kyle is a student at the State University of West Georgia and has been practicing photography for 3 years now. He began taking pictures with an old camera his father gave to him while he was in high school. He currently has participated in two local art shows in Kennesaw. His favorite form of photography is still photography in black and white.

Question 1: Why do you do what you do? (Take pictures)
Answer: "I see beauty in everyday life and feel the need to capture it. I can best express my view of the world through my pictures. Taking pictures is my release; it is my passion."

Question 2: What is the meaning behind your work?
Answer: "This is purely my release. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can show people my photos and convey a clear message of order (or even chaos). There is beauty everywhere; I want to share my view of the world with my audience"
